While not as visible as other ministries, administration plays a vital role in ensuring the church is run safely, efficiently, and legally so it can continue to support its more visible ministries.
Finance & Facilities
The role of the Finance and Facilities Team is to support the overall mission of FPC through financial planning, maintaining church facilities, and encouraging growth in the grace of giving while maintaining the balance between long term sustainability of financial and physical resources, and the immediate financial needs of church programs.
Human Resources
Our most valuable asset is our staff. The Human Resources, or HR, team works closely with the Church Business Administrator and Pastor as Head of Staff to provide staff with a safe and rewarding work experience while ensuring all legal requirements are being met.
Nominating Committee
This group of members with a range of backgrounds and representing various ministries within the church are responsible for identifying individuals to serve the church in the roles of Ruling Elder and Deacon.
