STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEYWhether you are a member of First Presbyterian Church of Santa Barbara (FPCSB), worship with us regularly, or participate in one or more ministry program(s), we are glad you are part of our congregation! And we welcome your input as we undertake a strategic planning process that we expect will enable us to “Deepen in faith and grow in discipleship”.
In response to changes in our world and church, FPCSB is refreshing our focus and programs to serve the people, communities and world in which we live. What is not changing is our vision, which reflects God’s call to worship faithfully, serve lovingly, into community, share grace unconditionally, and to see Christ in all people.
So that we might together discern the future of our church in this changing world, and in line with our vision, we invite you to share in this survey, your perspective on our circumstances and future direction. The survey is comprised of three parts: 1) Personal Information, 2) Future Priorities, and 3) Areas of Opportunity.
