Known by all (except my mother and sister) as "Chuck," I have been on the staff of First Presbyterian Church since 2006, serving as Director of Mission and Evangelism. In 2012 I completed our Presbytery's two year program of Lay leadership Training and was subsequently commissioned as Lay Pastor for Mission and Evangelism. I retired from Raytheon Vision Systems in 2005, where I was Sr. Physics Engineer, developing solid state materials for infra-red detection. My alma mater is Williams College, the birthplace of American foreign missions (1806). Thus I am both serving God and carrying on a tradition. My wife Cora and I have two sons, Chris and Jeff, and one new grandson, Brycen Levi. Cora and I love to travel, and in recent years we have visited several countries. Another love of mine is the Chicago Cubs. My life became much sweeter on November 2, 2016, game 7 of the World Series.
