2024 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION NOW AVAILABLE!

First Presbyterian is blessed to have several scholarship endowments that allow us to support those in college or vocational school. We now are accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year. The only requirement to apply is that you be involved in some capacity with our church.
The First Presbyterian Scholarship Fund was established by gifts from church members to provide scholarships for financial assistance to students seeking to further their education after graduation from high school. The principal beneficiaries of the FPC Scholarship Fund are students attending an accredited college, university, technical or vocational school. This would be for both undergrad and graduate-level work. As these scholarships are meant to cover the cost for tuition, books, and fees, scholarships will not be awarded for those attending Santa Barbara City College or other community colleges, as there is no cost for attendance.
Awards will be announced by late May and provided upon proof of enrollment, which can be any time between April of 2024 and June of 2025.
